Welcome to EnglishJO These terms describe the use of our website, app and English-learning services. Read them together with the Privacy Policy before creating an account or using the service.
Accounts and access Your teacher or institution may provide an account, or you may create one when registration is available. Additional sign-in methods such as Google or Apple may be offered. Creating an account or choosing a grade does not automatically grant paid lesson access. Provide accurate information, protect your password and do not share your account. If you are a minor, use the service with a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision where required.
Free lessons and paid content Visitors can browse the content made available in the app. Other content depends on the permissions or courses activated for your account. Check the grade, semester, included lessons, access period and displayed price before submitting a purchase request. Submitting a request alone does not confirm payment or activate a course; follow the displayed order status and confirmation instructions. Contact support about orders, cancellations or refunds. Applicable legal rights and payment-provider policies remain unaffected.
Permitted use Use materials for personal learning within your account permissions. Do not redistribute or sell content without permission, bypass access restrictions, access another user’s information or disrupt the service. Content rights remain with their respective owners.
Exercises and voice features Exercise feedback and speech recognition are learning aids and may be affected by pronunciation, background noise, the device or connectivity. They do not guarantee a school grade or examination outcome. Consult the explanations and learning materials, and report errors to support. The Privacy Policy explains the handling of account, learning and voice information and permissions.
External services and updates Some features require an internet connection or external services governed by their providers’ terms. This page does not replace the applicable app-store terms or licence for your installed app. The app and these terms may be updated; review the available text when using the service. These terms are not intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
